Client Charter

We promise to provide excellent and committed services in performing our roles and responsibilities as follows :-
  1. Providing accurate information to tourists through an efficient and customer friendly counter service, within 10 minutes of waiting time;
  2. Providing scheduled cultural dance performances six (6) times per week as well as promoting Malaysia's culture and arts to local and international tourists; and
